Quotes and estimates

A price given before we have seen the work is an estimate, not a fixed price. If the job turns out to be larger, we will tell you before doing any extra work.

A written quote is valid for 30 days.

Paying

We send a payment link by email. It opens a page showing the amount before you pay.

Cash and e-transfer are accepted; the invoice is marked paid when payment is received.

Payment is due when the work is complete, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancelling

Call or email as early as possible. There is no charge for cancelling before the day of the appointment.

If no one is there when we arrive, the travel fee described below may be charged.

Where we work

Metro Vancouver (Burnaby, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Port Moody, Vancouver).

Outside this area, a travel fee may apply. You will always be told about it before the work is booked.

The work

Work is done properly and to the standards that apply in British Columbia.

We are responsible for the work we do and the parts we install. We are not responsible for faults elsewhere in the building that the work did not involve, or for any loss beyond the amount paid for the job.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
